Delivery
All orders are packed by us and dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

Postage is calculated at checkout based on weight so please let us know if you don't need any of our cushion inserts

Packages will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post and we will be in touch with your tracking number as soon as we have it. Please get in touch if you are in Sydney metro and urgently need your order, we can see if we can work some magic. 

Returns
We hope you are so happy with your purchase, but if there are any issues at all, we are all ears to have it resolved asap. If you would like to return any items or your purchase isn’t suitable we would be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

• Please contact us to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving an order
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their items unless faulty
• Change of mind returns are eligible for a product exchange or credit note if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. The items must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
